Sample Answers

Do you make plans every day? Actually, I try to plan out my day the night before, so I can prioritize my tasks and make the most of my time. I find that having a clear plan helps me stay focused and avoid procrastination.

Are you good at managing your time? I'd say I'm pretty good at managing my time, but I'm always looking for ways to improve. I use a planner and set reminders on my phone to stay organized, and I try to avoid multitasking so I can give my full attention to each task.

What was the last plan you made? Actually, the last plan I made was for a weekend trip with friends. We wanted to visit a nearby city, so I researched the best places to visit, booked our accommodations, and created an itinerary to make the most of our time. It was a lot of fun, and I think our planning paid off.

What’s the hardest part about making plans? For me, the hardest part is probably being flexible when things don't go as expected. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist, so it can be frustrating when plans change or things don't work out as I envisioned. But I'm working on being more adaptable and rolling with the punches.

Key Phrases and Idioms

roll with the punches
to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible
I'm trying to roll with the punches and not get too stressed when things don't go as planned.
