By signing up for our membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fee.
You can cancel your membership at any time, but please note that cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You won't be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle, but you won't be charged for any subsequent cycles.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, don't worry - you'll still have access to our amazing IELTS prep materials for the remainder of your current billing cycle. You can keep studying and learning until the end of the term, no problem!
However, please note that we don't offer pro-rata refunds for cancelled subscriptions. This means that if you cancel mid-cycle, you won't be eligible for a refund for the remaining time. But hey, you can still make the most of the time you have left and keep learning!
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for any fees or charges related to your membership, unless you have a legitimate reason to do so.
If you have a dispute or issue with your membership, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can resolve the matter amicably.
