Sample Answers

Do you find it difficult to cook traditional food from your country? Honestly, I don't really cook traditional food from my country that often, but when I do, I find it can be a bit challenging because I'm not super familiar with all the ingredients and spices that are typically used. Plus, my mom is an amazing cook, and her standards are pretty high, so I feel like I'm always trying to live up to her expectations.

Do you want to learn how to cook? Absolutely, I'd love to learn how to cook more. I think it's such a valuable skill to have, and it's a great way to be able to take care of yourself and impress your friends and family. Plus, I've been getting really into trying new foods and experimenting with different flavors, so I think learning how to cook would just take that to the next level.

Who taught you how to cook? My mom was definitely my first cooking teacher. She's an amazing cook, and she's always been really patient with me in the kitchen. She taught me all the basics, like how to boil water and chop veggies, and then as I got older, she started teaching me more complex recipes. Now, I love cooking with her and trying out new recipes together.

Do you like cooking? Yeah, I really enjoy cooking. I find it to be super relaxing, and it's a great way for me to unwind after a long day. I also love the creativity of it – being able to experiment with different ingredients and flavors to create something totally new and delicious. Plus, there's something so satisfying about making something from scratch and being able to share it with others.
