Where do you usually go running? I usually go running in the park near my apartment. It's got a nice trail that's not too crowded, and the scenery is really pretty, especially during sunrise. I like that it's close to home, so I can just roll out of bed and head out the door.

When was the last time you went running? I went running yesterday morning, actually. I had a bit of a stressful week, so I needed to get out and clear my head. The fresh air and exercise really helped me unwind and feel more focused. I'm glad I made the time for it.

What do you think of running as a sport? I think running is an amazing sport, personally. I love that it's something you can do anywhere, anytime, and it's a great way to challenge yourself and set goals.
