Sample Answers

What do you usually do on weekends? Well, I'm a bit of a homebody, so I usually spend my weekends catching up on some much-needed rest. I like to sleep in, watch a few movies, and maybe do some light reading. I also try to squeeze in some exercise, whether that's a hike or a trip to the gym. I find that it helps me recharge for the week ahead. Plus, it's a great way to unwind and relax after a long week of work.

Did you do anything special last weekend? Actually, I did! A friend of mine was visiting from out of town, so we decided to check out this new brunch spot that just opened up downtown. The food was amazing, and it was great to catch up with my friend. We hadn't seen each other in ages, so it was really nice to spend some quality time together. We ended up chatting for hours, and before we knew it, the whole afternoon had slipped away.

What will you do next weekend? I'm really looking forward to next weekend, actually. I've got a few projects that I've been putting off, so I'm planning to use the weekend to get some work done. I'm also thinking about hosting a little dinner party for some friends, so I'll need to do some cooking and prep work. It'll be a bit of a busy weekend, but it'll be worth it to spend some time with friends and get some things checked off my to-do list.

What do people from your hometown usually do at the weekend? Back in my hometown, people love to get outdoors on the weekends. We're surrounded by these beautiful mountains and lakes, so a lot of folks like to go hiking, camping, or fishing. Others might head into town to check out the local farmers' market or grab brunch at one of the many great restaurants. There's always something going on, whether it's a festival or a concert, so there's no shortage of things to do. It's a really active community, and people make the most of their free time.
