Sample Answers

Are robots important? Absolutely, robots are playing a vital role in our daily lives. They're not only used in manufacturing and production, but also in healthcare, transportation, and even in our homes. For instance, robots are being used to assist surgeons during operations, which has significantly improved the accuracy and success rate of surgeries. So, yeah, robots are really making a huge impact.

How do robots affect people’s lives? Robots have both positive and negative effects on people's lives. On the one hand, they're making our lives easier by automating tasks, freeing up time for more creative and strategic work. For example, robots are being used in customer service, helping to answer frequently asked questions and provide 24/7 support. On the other hand, the increased use of robots has also led to job losses in certain industries, which can be a challenge for some people.

Have you ever watched a movie about robots? Yeah, I've seen a few movies about robots, like 'I, Robot' and 'WALL-E'. I think these movies are really interesting because they explore the potential consequences of creating robots that are smarter and more autonomous than humans. They also raise questions about what it means to be human, and whether robots can truly be creative and have emotions like we do.

Do you think self-driving cars are good for long journeys? I think self-driving cars have the potential to be really great for long journeys. For one thing, they can reduce driver fatigue, which is a major cause of accidents on the road. Plus, they can also help to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety by avoiding accidents caused by human error. However, I do think there are still some technical issues that need to be worked out before self-driving cars become widely available.

How could robots help you at home? There are so many ways robots could help me at home! For example, a robot vacuum cleaner could help me keep my floors clean, which would be a huge time-saver. Or, a robot assistant could help me with household chores, like folding laundry or loading the dishwasher. I think robots could also be really helpful for people with disabilities or elderly people who need assistance with daily tasks.
