Sample Answers

How often do you drink water? I try to drink water throughout the day, at least 8-10 glasses a day. I find that it helps me stay focused and alert, especially when I'm studying or working out. I also try to drink a glass of water as soon as I wake up to rehydrate after a night of sleep.

What kinds of water do you like to drink? I'm not too picky when it comes to water, but I do prefer cold water. There's something about the taste and temperature that just feels refreshing to me. I also like sparkling water, but only occasionally. I find that it can be a bit harsh on my stomach if I drink too much of it.

Do you drink bottled water or water from the tap? Honestly, I do a bit of both. At home, I usually drink water from the tap because it's convenient and cost-effective. However, when I'm on-the-go, I often grab a bottle of water from the store. I try to choose brands that are eco-friendly and use recyclable materials. I've also been trying to reduce my plastic usage, so I've been carrying a refillable water bottle with me more often.
