Sample Answers

Why did you choose that type of work (or, that job)? Well, I chose this job because it offers a great balance between creativity and structure. I've always been interested in design, and this role allows me to express my artistic side while also working on projects that have a clear goal and deadline. Plus, the company culture is really collaborative and supportive, which is important to me because I believe that when you enjoy the people you work with, you're more productive and motivated.

(Possibly) Do you miss being a student? You know, I do miss the flexibility of being a student, but I don't miss the stress of exams and assignments. Now that I'm working, I feel like I have more control over my schedule and can prioritize my own projects and goals. Plus, I'm learning so much on the job, so it feels like I'm still in a student mindset, but with more autonomy.

Is it very interesting? Absolutely. I find my work really engaging because every project is different, and I get to work with a variety of clients and teams. There's always a new challenge to solve, and I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of my job. Plus, I get to see the impact of my work, which is really satisfying.

Do you like your job? Yeah, I really do. I like the fact that it's fast-paced and dynamic. Every day is different, and I have to think on my feet. Plus, I work with a great team, and we all support each other. We have a lot of fun, but we also get a lot done, which is a great feeling.

What subject(s) are you studying? I'm studying business and economics. I've always been interested in how companies work and how the economy affects people's lives. I think it's really important to understand how the world works, and studying these subjects helps me do that.

Why did you choose to study that/those subject(s)? I chose to study business and economics because I want to start my own business one day. I think understanding how companies operate and how the economy works will give me a solid foundation to make informed decisions and avoid mistakes. Plus, I'm interested in the way that business and economics intersect with social issues, like sustainability and inequality.

(Possibly) Are you looking forward to working? Definitely. I'm excited to apply what I've learned in a real-world setting and make a contribution to a company or organization. I'm also looking forward to the independence and responsibility that comes with having a job. I think it'll be a great feeling to be able to support myself and pursue my own goals.

Do you like your subject? (Why / why not?) Yeah, I really enjoy my subject. I find it fascinating to learn about the different theories and models, and how they apply to real-world situations. I also appreciate that it's a subject that's always evolving, so there's always something new to learn. Plus, my professors are really passionate about the subject, which makes the classes really engaging.
