Sample Answers

Which languages can you speak? I can speak English and Spanish fluently, and I have a basic understanding of French. I learned Spanish from my parents, who are both native speakers, and I picked up English in school. I studied French for a few years in high school, but I haven't practiced it as much lately.

Do you think it’s difficult to learn a new language? I think it can be challenging, but it's definitely doable with the right resources and motivation. For me, the hardest part is probably grammar and vocabulary, but I find that listening to native speakers and practicing consistently helps a lot. Plus, technology has made it so much easier to learn a new language, with apps and online courses available at our fingertips.

Will you learn another language in the future? I'd love to learn Mandarin Chinese someday. I think it's such a valuable skill to have, especially in today's globalized world. I've heard it's a tough language to learn, but I'm up for the challenge. I think learning a new language not only broadens your cultural understanding but also opens up more career opportunities.

Why did you learn English? I learned English because it's such a widely spoken language, and I knew it would give me more opportunities in life. Growing up, I saw how my parents struggled to communicate with English speakers, and I didn't want to face the same challenges. Plus, I love watching American movies and TV shows, and speaking English has allowed me to appreciate them on a deeper level.
