Sample Answers

Do you often see old buildings in a city? Actually, I do see old buildings pretty frequently in my city, especially in the historic district. I think it's because the city has a rich history and they've made an effort to preserve a lot of the original architecture. Plus, it's always cool to see how the old buildings have been repurposed, like when they turn an old factory into a trendy coffee shop or something.

Do you think we should preserve old buildings in cities? Absolutely, I think preserving old buildings is super important. Not only do they add character to the city, but they also serve as a connection to the past. I mean, if we tear down all the old buildings, we'd lose a lot of the city's history and culture. Plus, it's often more environmentally friendly to renovate an old building than to build a new one from scratch.

Would you prefer to live in an old building or a modern house? Hmm, that's a tough one. I think I'd prefer to live in an old building, just because I love the charm and character they have. I mean, old buildings often have these unique features like high ceilings, wooden floors, and big windows that you just don't find in modern houses. Plus, there's something cool about living in a place that's got a lot of history to it.

Are there any old buildings you want to see in the future? Why? Actually, I've always wanted to see the ancient city of Petra in Jordan. I've seen pictures of it, and it looks amazing. I'd love to see the Treasury building, it's this ancient temple that's been carved into the side of a mountain. I've heard it's breathtaking in person, and I'd love to experience the history and culture of the place for myself. Plus, I've always been fascinated by the way the ancient civilizations built these incredible structures without all the modern technology we have today.
